Maple Court Homes is well designed to offer you comfortable housing. Total of 80 apartments consisting of 20 One bedroom, 46 Two bedroom and 14 Three bedroom apartments. Each apartment features wall-to-wall carpeting, laminate wood flooring, attractive and functional kitchens, patios with lower apartments, porches with upper apartments, coin operated laundry and plenty of parking. Included in rent: Gas & electric, gas range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher and garbage collection.

Affordable housing for low income families is available for 42 of our apartments.
We allow two occupants per bedroom.
